Features:
This solar charge controlleris controlled by the internal CPU. This controller will adjust charge current and decide if to supply supply to load appliances depending on battery voltage.
- Maintainance of battery at full voltage
- Prevent the battery from over-charging and over-discharging
- Prevent supplying electricity from the battery to solar panels during nights
- Reverse polarity protection for solar panels
- When the current of load exceeds the rated one of the controller, the controller will turn into the self-protection mode and is autmatically locked up with the screen displaying 'overload'
- Occurance of Short Circuit: The controller will turn into the self-protection mode and is automatically locked up with the screen displaying 'Short Circuit'
- When battery has low voltage, the controller will automatically separate the loads from the system and once voltage returns to normal the loads will automatically restart
- Protection from lightening strike
- When controller is operating normally the LCD screen will show New Charging Current (a dash "-" before the numeral), Discharging Current and Voltage of battery every 5 seconds
- Controller is always counting Charging Current Hours and Discharging Current Hours of the Battery When controller starts up, acoording to the voltage level of the battery, the controller will self-setup the Charging-off voltage, the Load-off voltage and the Load-on voltage. These datum is tactically approved under the standard environment temperature 25oC
- According to variances in system temperature, the controller will automatically compensate the temperature of the charging voltage
- Users could setup the Charge-on or off voltage, the Load-on voltage etc according to their requirements
- To prevent battery from over discharging, controller will automatically control the lowest load-off voltage of the load, which is no less that 10V (as per 12V battery) or 20V (as per 24V battery) or 40V (as per 48V battery). If voltage of the battery is than 10V (or 20V, 40V)the button "-" will stop working
- To recover its defaults, please keep pressing down the button "Menu" for over 5 seconds

System Connection:
Solar Panel
Connect "+" and "-" poles of solar panels with the correct ports on the controller (the first and second wires from the left).
Battery
Connect "+" and "-" poles of the battery with the correct ports on the controller (the third and forth wires from the left).
12V Appliances
Connect "+" and "-" poles of the required 12V appliance with the correct ports on the controller (the fifth and sixth wires from the left).
Important:
- Please ensure that rated voltage of solar panels, battery and controller match
- To avoid damage to solar panels, battery or controller take care in ensuring that postive and negative leads are all matching upon installation
- The rated current of solar panels and loads from appliances used are kept lower than the rated current of the controller
