Description
Vitamin C is a powerful antioxidant that protects other antioxidants such as Vitamin E.
Humans are unable to store Vitamin C; it is a watersoluble vitamin with an active life of only 3 – 4 hours once ingested.
Vitamin C may help to reduce the severity and duration of colds1.
Increased need of Vitamin C occurs after stress, illness, smoking, prolonged sickness, medications, and exposure to pollution, allergies, healing wounds, and burns and after severe bruising.
Herb Valley’s Vitamin C tablets are pleasant tasting chewable tablets derived from natural ingredients with no artificial sweeteners.
